What type of equipment and software do you have in the VR lab?
We’ll have six Oculus Quests and Two Vive Pro with Eye Tracking early this Spring.
Currently we have one Vive, one Vive Pro, and several 360 video cameras.
In terms of software, a full suite of applications are available and are constantly updated. Some standout software includes Nanome for Chemistry, a Google Earth-built application called Wander, and an entry level, 3D printable modeling tool called SculptVR.
We also have some games and you are welcome to come explore. Just be sure to check the schedule and / or make space for students doing classwork.
