The best way is to search or browse the Journal Finder.

However, you can also simply search for the journal title via the main search box on the library homepage. Most of our journals are electronic but a few are in print (or a physical copy).

How do you tell which is print and which is electronic? The print journals will have a shelving location and call number letting you know where to find it; the electronic journals won't.
